Apparently the reason hakim wasn't there today was the rest of the squad didn't want him there....

 

That, to me, shows what this club means to them and you could see just how much they wanted it and enjoyed it today... Benyon just sums it up when he'd rather say here than go back to his pro club.....

 

I would not begrudge any of them players in our current squad to move on full time or anything, it's been the first time for a few years, probably since the Maldini66 era than you've found a bunch of lads that are proud to wear the shirt....

Thanks for that, nice to be appreciated,Don't know about the likes of Muddy and Clarky but personally it was an honour to wear the shirt and I enjoyed every minute of it.
