Dont think we should spend anymore time than neccesary at Canvey, therefore i suggest we drink at our clubhouse BOTH before and after.

There loss ( only a grand or so in bar takings !!! ).......

Obviously they can afford to turn down there biggest payday of the season by not welcoming us.

>>Whoever has the most fans there should get the covered bit.

From previous experience at Canvey, segregation has worked in different ways - sometimes it has been the tiny terrace at the sea wall end of the ground, with a bit of cover along the side, and the seats at the end of the ground. If this is the case, be prepared for a very muddy hike to the entrance.

Other times the 'away' entrance is the one to the left as you come in via the car park. This meant that you got the covered bit at the top end of the ground, and a little bit of the large terrace.

Easiest way is to completely ignore the away signs and go in at the main entrance which means you can get onto the large terrace at the top end of the ground. If the stewards ask why you are in red and white, just tell them that it is Canvey's new colours. If HFC kick that way in the first half, you can then change ends at the interval and tell the stewards you went in accidently at the wrong end because you were mis-led by the signs.

Doubt there will be any segregation but best to wait until the blazers have sorted it out.

Worried you might lose that bet by adding to the attendance? <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
