Can somebody tell me how it can be beneficial to Sough Town and the consortium to persevere with such an obvious failure as Browne. His, and the teams, lack of success can only further damage the club. But it is not just the lack of success, it is the lack of desire for success that makes it so hard to take. Just what has Browne got on Deaner that he is so secure in his position.Any one of us with a performance record half as bad as Browne's would have been sacked long ago. I am all for giving someone a chance, but his performnce is bordering on criminal !

Well Browne has 'invested' in the club so he's probably got a pretty secure contract whre he can only sack or himself or Deaner pays him off with a barrowload of dosh.

Well it was overdue, but the fans started calling for Browne to go today. Not exactly the most creative response, but it did work once---when we were relegated he said he wasn't coming back.Perhaps it can work again? But this time Browne must not be allowed to fool himself that the fans want him. That was his stated reason for returning, and just goes to show how easy it is for the incapeable to fool themselves.
