i think he meant not won that award.

I think it is because ronaldinho,zidane etc etc play in spain and he plays in england.Lets face it england are not everyones favourite country and if you play here it would seem to give you a disadvantage for this award.But i wouldn't give it to him at the moment.Lazy git!!!
