Maybe they should concentrate on getting more supporters from their immediate area before trying to nick other clubs fans.

They're just doing their bit to survive too!! Maybe we could take a leaf out of their book to encourage more support for non-league football....

The Valley Express is bad for non-league football but I believe this campaign will be not be detrimental. All games this season at The Valley have been sellouts, so personally I believe this campaign is just wasted money as no more fans can get inside the stadium anyway

The whole reason why Charlton are doing this is to so they expand there stadium to 40000 and to do that they need the support base and the way they have decided to do it is to get people from nearby counties to watch Charlton and to get new supporters.

Ah, my friends, they are wasting their Dinars on TV advertising.

 

Surely the best advertising they can achieve is to be had in winning the majority of their matches and be challenging for Europe. Instead they they are heading for a trip to Barnsley next season!

 

They are just not a glamour club. We have more glamour then them (several of my wives have come from Margate!)

On the advertising theme is it not the time to advertise the prices. With children at a quid I think it is really value for money for parents to come and watch. Can we get a mention on the radio or even have it put on the posters.
