Rak, the Polacy will be out for the Hendon v Slough game on Saturday. With the exception of one of our number who was born in SLough we will all be supporting Hendon. Hopefully the game will be on and we'll see you in the bar afterwards.

Lato - What's wrong with the bar at Hendon Football Club, why don't you just dig yourself in there all afternoon. I can't really help you on pubs in the area as I'm not from that neck of the woods, if it was Coles Park it would be a different story.

I'd just like to throw a comment in on the Astroturf training thing. We did that for a season at Hoddesdon and I really think it affected our play during the wet winter months as we'd be training on a perfect flat passing surface and then we'd have to go and battle it out on what was then the Lowfield chess board. I think this could be the same thing that is happening to KTFC as it is difficult to keep adjusting....

NeutralFan - Good point, many thanks, I'll pass it on to the Manager and Coach, namely the Great Clement Temile who wasn't overly keen in the first place for the reasons you state however it is all we have on the table at present.

perhaps-but..........grass pithes in this sort of rain is un-trainable so its swings and roundabouts-and to be hounoust thats excuses for me! we should be able to pass the ball on any surface whether its old trafford or a beach in brighton!!
