Sorry, but I only just noticed this bit. Must have been too busy laughing at the post to take it in first time around. A bit wishy-washy for a legal case, isn't it? "If so and so does this because I said that" and "for example" hardly constitute watertight prosecutions, do they?

And isn't it about time you apologised to Spidermanor after your unjustified comments (based, as usual, on your complete and utter ignorance of the situation and without any sort of factual evidence whatsoever) about Lambourne? How long do you need?

No I haven't heard from Ian as yet but he is never quick in responding as he's so busy, it was only when I was forced to back him into a corner over the sinister BewareofRhodents and suggested the involvement of the boys in blue that he felt he had to act fast and this isn't anywhere near as serious. I'm sure my ears will be burning (again) when you meet him at Hornchurch tomorrow particularly as I assume Uncle Urchin will be present too.

Rhodes turns up, mumbles at Manor fans in bar then gets embarrassed and mumbles some more when ribbed about his infatuation with Paula. Moves outside to watch game spends 90 minutes fiddling with camera not talking to anyone, other than to ask if it is our first team playing. Gets the answer no its not, they are the players on the next pitch training (this info is of course completely ignored as it is not the answer required). End of game returns to bar, Lato buys Rhodes a drink (lager top). Rhodes takes drink and scuttles to opposite side of the bar talking on mobile phone then disappears.

Spidermanor - Well that's a little harsh but has at least confirmed you are who I thought you were. I am surprised by your attitude as I thought we were friends and I do hold all the people I'm aquainted with at Grosvenor Vale in high asteem even if I might not give that impression at times. On the evening in question of the legendary friendly I was a little taken aback on my arrival to learn that we weren't playing on the main pitch and that threw me out of my stride slightly, it wasn't my intention to appear unfriendly or rude and I'm sorry if this was the case, I was certainly most grateful for the pint Lato kindly got me in afterwards.

Spidermanor - at least he stayed until the end of your game. He turned up at our friendly with Hendon, wandered through the players gate (with unexpected son in tow) waved at me as he walked straight past the boardroom and walked into the ground without even asking if it was okay for afore-mentioned son to gain free admittance.

He then disappeared over to the far side of the ground for the first half and disappeared either just before or at half-time without having the courtesy to say a thank you or goodbye.

Can I ask why you are being like this and trying to make me look silly, you have played right into Potters Bar Town's hands by describing the night of the legendary friendly as he has gone off on one about the pre-season Potters Bar v Hendon game. I had to leave early that day as I had an appointment but still decided to attend just for the first period, if Potters Bar Town had asked me to pay for Jonathan (my son) I would have gladly done so infact I didn't even think there was a charge on the gate as I didn't see anyone collecting money.
