The new Haringey Borough FC thread

Recommended Posts

Your right 3praise it is not in the kids best interest, but a club can not have youth managers trying to dictate to the club, it does not work that way, and when the head of youth starts to think that he is bigger and better than the club, then there comes a time when we have to part company, no matter how unfair it is on the kids, and the club has to make a stand, the Harringay situation was completly different, if you had any knowledge. And the players for AFC Claremont moved to other clubs or kept training as far as i am aware.

Is that you talking or 'Sugar', everyone knows that you are his mouthpiece on here and he is working you from behind Rod Hull and Emu style. All I know is that 'Sugar' is ruining Haringey's Community Club and questions need to be asked, 'we' could and should be a monster heading for the Conference and Football League if the operation were run properly but instead 'we' are in the SSML Division 1, haven't you looked in the mirror and asked yourself why that is.

Given that, unlike you, I actually know who 3praise is, I find it highly unlikely that your statement is true. Mind you, when have the facts ever stopped you before, clip Rods?

I've stated before that I couldn't care a less who 3praise is however I concede that he has done a good job in hiding his identity from me, no doubt I will probably get a shock when I eventually find out but I'm certainly not lying awake at nights. Whoever he is he surely doesn't believe deep down that his lord and master is good for the Club, if he does then he's simply fooling himself.

This sounds very familiar as to why a certain former Haringey asistant got the sack!! Thinking he was bigger then the club and sticking his big nose where it wasnt wanted....so i heard of course wink

3praise - You have unwittingly hit the nail right on the head here. Of course 'Sugar' didn't want me sticking my big nose, as you put it, in where it wasn't wanted and bringing huge Worldwide media attention to the Club as is the case now with Kentish Town. He was scared stiff I would unearth something sinister going on at the Club such as why Haringey Borough don't want progress and things frustratingly remain the same season after season, have you ever asked yourself why that is.

well Rhodes seeing as your ideas about youth development and community work are all being pushed through now i cannot ask myself that question as it is painfully clear that nothing sinister is happening - and as you have said countless times before would a man of John Bacon's Stature allow such sinister things tooccur at the club he loves? i very much doubt it - the truth of the story is that you was in winter wonderland talking big but acting small and the club had enough.

3praise - Have you seen that this thread has reached over 17,000 hits such is the interest in our beloved Haringey, that's even more than the Clement and Toto Temile threads. The current initiative on Youth Development and Community work at the Club 'being pushed through' as you put it is clearly just a front, 'Sugar' was so set against a Youth Development Programme little over a year ago that there would be no way in a million years he would have changed his mind so there must be some ulterior motive. If I was 'in winter wonderland' as you say I was why then didn't 'Sugar' grab Tottenham's arm out of its socket when they offered 'us' help and a partnership, he declined the offer of a pre-season friendly citing health and safety reasons and threw a signed shirt and football back in their faces by not bothering to go down to Bill Nicholson Way to collect them.

Horace - Good point and I'm sure a number of members would automatically come to that conclusion however he's a big Tottenham fan which makes it all the more bizare that he didn't grab their arm off, afterall what non league Club would turn down a lucrative pre-season friendly with Spurs particularly one just a mile down the road who supposedly doesn't have two penny's to rub together.

This all seems a little too familiar - Wasnt there going to be a pre-season friendly for KTFC against Sunderland spoken about not so long ago - yet the furthest you will be travelling for a pre-season friendly is biggleswade??? and now you are spinning more nonsense about a pre-season friendly for Haringey against Spurs which also never happened - there seems to be a trend. I wonder how many other clubs you have been at that have been promised high profile matches only to get minnows in comparison?

Well now 3praise, first look at ktfc website and wait for the pre-season matches to be announced, then come back and tell rhodes were is this big pre-season match to be played, but until then please hold your fire and making wild asumptions. Time will tell, my little mate. thank you for listening. LOL XX
