Why are Kentish Town in this competition? As a club named after a place in North West London, who groundshare with a club in another part of North West London, why are they not in the Middlesex and/or London cups instead?

not affiliated to Middlesex FA. Think they have a chance of winning it. rhodes no doubt scoured the rulebooks of a variey of cup competitions for many nights to find one he could enter his team into.

I know they are in this cup because they are affiliated to the Herts FA. Perhaps the question would be better rephrased as why are they affiliated to Herts and not London and/or Middlesex?

I cannot believe you have started a new thread for this, Gavin style, one already exists that was originated back in July and the subject was discussed at length then. What was that about reading old posts.

I just re read the old post (started in August)and no where does it explain KTFC's reasons for entering this competition which is what PBT asked?

What page did you manage to find this on? Even I had forgotten that I'd posted it, so how are others supposed to remember, particularly those that weren't members of the forum at that time?

I think its start dated 2/8. I just resorted the posts into alphabetical order by post title and I think its then on page 5.

It was an old thread that wasn't worth regurgitating. I did read it, however, (unlike you, I do read old posts before I comment, Rhodes) and the question I have asked on this thread was neither asked nor answered.

HTFCew - It's on Page 9, I have every thread engrained in my memory which is why I find it so frustrating when someone unnecessarily starts a new one on exactly the same subject such as this, it's laziness for not bothering to go through the threads to ensure there is not an identical one or something relating.

We discussed this ages ago if you remember and it's because we're still affiliated to the Herts FA, they hadn't twigged that we weren't at Parkfield any longer until it was too late but we'll probably switch to the Middlesex or London FA next season depending on where we're playing, if it's at Ashburton Grove I suppose it will be the London FA. That's why we were automatically entered into the Herts Senior Centenary Trophy and didn't have a choice in the matter.
