Advice needed.....

Sitting at a T junction and the car approaching from the right is indicating to turn left into the road i'm in. Check right and start pulling out. The B#@ch has since decided to carry straight on. I've gone into the side of her, not too bad but enough. Is this my fault?? Turns out she lives in the road I was coming out of. Obviously just remembered she needed sumthin from the shops. As a retired driving instructor, (amongst other things), this is the down side for you.

Giving a signal of an indication to turn is not proof of intention to complete the turn.

The key word is indicate. "I am indicating I MIGHT turn !"

Many a driving test has been halted in identical situations where the candidate has started to pull out and the Examiner has gone for the dual-break pedal. TEST OVER !

Sorry mate, like Lady Heather Mills-Mac. - You ain't gotta leg to stand on !!!
