Just managed to stop laughing enough to copy this from the Fisher website.

 

'Fisher manager Justin Edinburgh and his assistant Jim Dack have departed Fisher Athletic by mutual consent.

 

Due to a change in policy and direction implemented by the Fisher board, the club is looking to consolidate our present position in the Nationwide Conference South.

 

New budget restrictions are to be implemented shortly to ensure that the club remain financially viable going forward.

The board would like to take this opportunity to emphasise that our position is unchanged to securing a permanent home for Fisher and that significant progress is being made to that end.

 

The Fisher board feel that for the club to flourish long term a new stadium must be secured. This is the clubs number one priority at the present time and will inevitably lead to budget restrictions on the playing staff going forward.

 

We thank Justin Edinburgh and Jim Dack for their efforts over the past year and wish them every success in the future'

Justins move to the fish was, he believed, in his best interest. But when an offer looks too good to be true. it usually is.

 

I'm sure he will be back in management soon, may be at Braintree City, <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Yep we're doing OK.

 

Tucked in the chasing pack and hearing that six of the top eleven Connie South sides will not be allowed to take part in the play-orfs cos of their grounds!

 

I'd hate it in the National Division tho!
