Be truthful here but prior to Rhodes mentioning him who had actually heard of Clement Temile?

The results are now out on this poll

82% (14 out of 17) people had not heard of Clement Temile before rhodes mentioned him. Now we are a fairly knoweldgeable bunch on here regarding football from all over the world so I think this would suggest that Mr Temile may have been an international but 'legendary' is perhaps an inappropriate tage to apply to him.

The high profile and World renowned Wikipedia Website called him 'legendary',
what more do you want!

funny..I thought you might mention that fact. It also alleges he effectively abandoned his "son" in Israel as well as it also questions whether Toto Tamuz his is son. However you choose not to mention those facts because of your selective memory. Why bother doing that when everyone can read the facts for themselves, why rhodes, why???

I didn't purposely edit the article from Wikipedia as I just cut and pasted in the first couple of sentences and didn't feel the rest of it was relevant or indeed appropriate. The bit about his son is personal and may well be upsetting for Clement should he happen to read it on here, have you not considered that, besides I don't believe in a million years that Clement would abandon his son in Israel, why on earth should he.

It may be personal but, unfortunately for Clement, it is publicly published on the Wikipedia website. That makes it fair game for comment and opinion and it was wrong of you to selectively leave it out.

As it happens I don't believe it either. However if you don't believe that bit then surely you have to question the validity of the entire article. Therefore you have to question whether the word legendary is appropriate to Clement Temiles international career if as you imply you are questioning the entire article. You can't cut and paste' only bits of it because they agree with what you want to see while the rest doesn't.

And wouldn't more people read the said article on wikipedia than see it on here so therefore more people would therefore make a judgement on Mr Temile and his treatment of his son from that than see it on here?

Well, unless you can prove otherwise, we have no option but to believe what is publicly stated on Wikipedia. I'm sure that Clement would have known of the existence of these comments and, if it was inaccurate, surely he would have taken some form of legal action by now to protect his name?
