I appear to have acquired a new friend. It's welcomed me home a few times now. I'm sure it won't hang around much longer as I haven't got any food for it.

Cats have no loyalty to their owners unlike dogs. It probably belongs to somebody else probably somebody who works long hours and can't look after the poor thing and give the attention it needs.

 

Would be kindest to shoo the cat away before it makes itself at home.

It doesn't hang around long and certainly won't be allowed to make itself at home. I've got little Bertie (a dog) round here at the moment, who's much more fun than any cat. Though saying that, he's trying to push me off my poof the past half hour. Tinker.
