How did we get on on Saturday ?????

 

We drew 2-2 at Egham and are disappointed as we where 2-0 up with 20mins to play, very good performance.

 

Doggin did not look happy as he was warming the bench....

 

What did you make of the game Doggin ????

Lost to Cove. They dominated first 30 minutes and deserved to be ahead. We then came into it last 15 minutes of 1st half without looking like scoring. Started 2nd half on top and then managed to fo 2 down from a corner. Dominated the rest of the match hitting the bar and the post and managing to get one back. Thought a draw would of been a fair result but we didn't play well and Cove battled hard. Won't mention SL missing a sitter with 5 left.

Nah weren't happy....can't see why u change a winning side even if playing badly are winning..then play against yourselves and play bad again but don't win.. I must be doing somethign right when I am in the side..oh well u got to take it onthe chin and get on with it.but yeah weren't pleased.... thought we were shocking.. we had an extra man in midfield but u looked like it was you that had the extra man..we were sh#t if truth be told and I think they know that.. your first one was a good goal.. to be fiar the two big heavy lads upfrotn worked really hard.. u should have said hello teffs

Lost 1-2 to Wick in the Vase 2nd round.

 

I'm told the Wick fans were really fantastic crowd and virtually drank our bar dry. At least there was enough left for me for Sunday Lunchies !

Afternoon all,

 

Lost 2-1 to Colliers Wood. If our game was a boxing match then the ref would have stopped it after the first 30 minutes, we got absolutely battered 1st half and was the worst 45 mins performance i've seen from one of my sides in the last 5 years. How we only went in 1-0 down at half time god only knows

 

2nd half slightly better, got the equaliser and should have won it near the end. Extra time and 2-1 down after 5 mins. We missed an absolute sitter last minute of extra time, worse than Ronaldo's at the wknd. Too many key players had off games

Had 3 clear chances, all from less than 8 yds out and missed them all. Strikers had a very poor day.

Whitehawk werent even in it the first half.

2nd half was much more even. Extra time came and we gave away a penalty and from then on was chasing hard for the equaliser. Gave away another pen and the contest was over!!

 

Cant see them progressing to be honest.

Brighton was good fun mate.

Unfortunately you need id on you.....-whatever bar or club you go into. Even if you have no hair left and look 50 yrs old, you still need id to get in.
Something to do with where you're from. If you cant prove where you're from then you don't get in.

And you cant turn up at a bar in a group of 3 or more lads!!
