although i didn't boo at the game yesterday(probably coz i wasn't there),i do not see what the problem is about booing really.I think it is a way of letting the players etc know of your disaproval and i don't think it really has a negative effect.I have seen teams been booed off at half time and come out looking 100% better in the second half. The only time i would ever boo a team though is if i felt that it was because they wasn't putting any effort in.

The schedule of games in November is as heavy as many Premiership sides have to contend with and I hope that the players can stay fit.

Earlier this season if we went behind we could step up a gear and win the game but yesterday we seemed out of sorts against a side who have had trouble scoring goals this season according to one of their new signings.

We still have games in hand which can be a curse as well as a blessing. A good result against Flackwell Heath will be a tonic for the team. It would be great to be top by the turn of the year but that's a long way off.

as you said you were not at the game....and I take it PM that you were amongst the booers given your support of robs post...

not surprising at all given your predeliction for taking from the club instead of giving....

we don't boo our players rob and the day we start I'm offsky....all of us...

then you'll have plenty to boo about...

unc no disrespect but most of us on the forum, and on the terraces are here for the long haul! we all have opinions to air...thats what the forum is for isn't it? where at a vital part of the season, so let's get behind the team and stop all this 'in fighting' all a bit embarassing if you ask me! were all supporting the same agenda so let's just get on with it! UP THE URCHINS

opinions are opinions diz and no one ever deletes football opinions on these forums...I have them and so does everyone else...interesting of course that you and rob are on here tonight with your views but were not at the game yesterday...

no disrespect meant of course

bit too cold for you was it...

but I make the same comment again...I never heard any booing yesterday (but I am sure it happened as I trust treeboy) but the day I do hear it I will walk away from that club and so will the current directors and so will my family (who finance the club) and we will never look back....

count on it....

i can't believe that post has been taken the way it has been.yes i wasn't at the game, first home game missed for a good while.Booing players is a thing that every club contends with at some stage or other. It happens at west ham, arsenal, chelsea, man utd, celtic etc etc

As i have said,i would boo my own players performance if i felt they aren't putting effort in.Have done it at arsenal before(namely against west ham last year)when they have played like absolute [****!!****].Haven't done it at hornchurch but i am sure one day that i may should i think players are not performing to the levels that us fans require.I think we need to remember that we are all too quick to heap praise on players when they play well and make us happy but i would be lying to myself if i wasn't to slate those same players when i feel they are not doing the job required of them, after all we are football fans and want our team to win.Now i have not seen a lack of effort from our players at all this season. There are players i have been critical of but i wouldn't boo them for mistakes, only lack of effort.

ah yes...a good advertisment for this great club.....hawkeye in the pub...you at chelsea....and PM booing players off the pitch and yet he still hasn't finished the washing up that he was paid for.

fckn brilliant...I love the hypocrisy of it all sooooooooooooooooo much my knees are all a tremble.....and we certainly need more fans like you lot...

well diz let me tell you...if we want a good advertisment for this great club then we need less self serving pontificators on here who DON'T support it and more genuine fans that do....it interests me that people don't come and support the club yet still feel that they have the right to be heard on here....

this is a hx fans forum.....not a free for all for dissenting glory hunters that arrive on cue and disappear when its fckn cold or because they can't get their own way......that costs money...

and I meant what I said...any fcker that wants to try their hand at booing our players better carry their cheque books with them when they do it...as they will be having to pay the wages the week after...cos we won't...

its a long way to travel up diz but so quick to travel down...

i stayed in the pub to watch the rugby and met a couple of mates, think i am entitled to do whatever i like in all honesty, don't need someone telling me what i can or can't do.If i don't want to come to a match for one reason or another then thats up to me.Was at arseley tuesday night with another 20-30 urchins, where were the rest of the 400 then, doesn't mean they are any less fans than me or vice versa.IMO i think your stance on this is pathetic as it was merely a posting about booing and once again it has been turned around to make certain posters look like idiots for speaking their mind about a certain issue.

So i think that booing is ok under certain circumstances,so what??

you mentioned it several times rob and you know it and so do I....some fan you are in the bridge house and couldn't be bothered to come to the game....and condoning booing players when you know we have never done that ....EVER...

I don't really care what you do to be honest.....I have stated my position and I will stick by it....
