I've noticed in recent games that we seem to be lacking the killer instinct up front. Two league defeats in the last three matches worries me as we have a long way to go to win this title.

My personal opinion is that Kris Lee is just not doing it for us and while I admire Simon Parker as a player, he needs the right strike partner to bring the best out of his game.

I was disappointed that we had to let Billy Holland, Billy Drake and Ricky Burbridge move on as they are all fine players.

I'm sure the coaching staff look at and consider new players all the time and I feel we need a new centre forward to lead the line and drive us forward to the Ryman Premier League.

I agree that kris is very much underrated for his hard work and presence as a target man......he works so hard and never shirks a challenge...

whats with all this negativity, we were just unlucky.

 

i am pleased with mossy up front i feel he could link up well with kris lee who i think leads the line brilliantly.

 

simon and kris haven't clicked yet no!

 

but this is not the first time they have played up front together at a club!

 

it will come i am sure!

leave orf craig...nutchutney's ill founded comments are not okay but whats the point of having a go...he's made 4 posts in 4 years and we don't know who he is either...

and we were not unlucky yesterday in the second half...we were not in the zone at all mate...

agree the disallowed goal was unlucky as I could see nowt wrong with it and if it stands its a different story but imo we were sloppy 2nd.... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
