We've had torrential rain all day in Ware today and it's chucking it down right now (4.45pm). What's it been like in EN3 this afternoon? Will the pitch be playable?

 

My guess for tonight if the game is on will be 2-1 win for Town with 340 there.

Let's hope the pitch is ok for Brimsdown Rovers match tomorrow.

Thanks must go to the two guys who spent most of their day marking the pitch out and then forking it when the weather turned only to see their efforts wasted.

 

It will be interesting to see what does happen today if Brimmo play! What will the condition of the pitch be like for our game on Tuesday?

 

Who will be expected to get the pitch upto scratch? People who take annual leave from their job or time off away from their self employed work?

 

If Brimmo don't play, then when will they play their re-arranged fixture and could it have an effect on whether we play GWR?

PS -I understand they didn't take defeat at Maldon in the Capital League on Wednesday too well either, although I believe the victors are prepared to take the responsibility for that one. So, we are off the hook for the moment!
