Not sure how many people would have seen this already but we now have some dates for the re-aranged matches:-

Yes, they play their midweek games on a Wednesday.

Are they running a coach to newport then?

There will be a coach for the players as usuall and spaces for supporters wll depend on the interest for one.

 

For us to take supporters we need a big coach so it has to be worth while for the club.

 

Also will probably be leaving quite early.

The coach will only be booked if all the players are going to be on it. The likliehood is that it would have to leave the ground at around 2pm so if half the players can't get there that early then it will be a car job for everyone as the club won't pay £183 for the ferry on top of the coach costs plus ferry costs for individual cars as well!

I will be discussing it with Simon to find out what the situation is, in the meantime if you're interested in going on the coach can someone start a seperate thread please.

I believe the IoW ferry charges are much less if you can buy tickets on the island. I'll check with Paul and Chantelle at the Crispin and find out our options.

Cheaper for residents Sid, not when bought on the island per se otherwise everyone would be doing it!
