I've long campaigned that Slough is either: annexed from the rest of the country as its own republic OR burnt to the ground and rebuilt from scratch as it's a total dump.

I live about 5 mins from where the site is, and not a lot will be done here for the local people already the land owners are asking for 3 times what the land is worth, so there is where a lot of money is going. Look at the guy that wanted to buy into w-h-u just for the land...
