Ladies I agree with the Boys, why be a lino, bottom of the Ladder in football, when You can be a Lady Chairman, in control <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Football needs a firm lady in the top job. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Keep the men on the pitch(in their shorts and long socks) and out of the boradroom, lots of females are getting into football, Markeing Directors, Financial Directors the list goes on and pretty sucessful as well. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I am not a lover of female officials on the pitch but believe women have a role in football.
My cousin was club secretary at Fulham in the 70s and is now club secretary at Millwall.I believe she was maybe the only woman in that role back then, but it is not uncommon for ladies to run a football club and do a very good job.I know my cousin suffered a lot of prejudice back then but history has shown with the likes of Karen Brady and Nette that a woman can do an effective job.
Maybe given time lady officials may be able to do a good job,but the jury is out at the moment.

I believe there should be equality and the opportunity should be given to women, however, if they feck up and are inefficient, they drop down a few levels or something.

Too many times in NL football have females officiated and been out of their depth. The same could be said for blokes however so it's all shades of grey.
