the reduced fitness test is a joke. they have to be able to keep up with play!

 

in this equality obsessed world we are now living in, how long before we'll have blind female disabled linos whizzing up and down the line in their wheelchairs?

I'm sorry but i really do have to say some thing now.

 

Women do not know the game like we do?! I think u r really mistaken on that point. It just shows how little u actually know about the game infact if u have to say something like that.

 

Also there has to be a number of women these days to be pc. I'm not saying this is right, but what i am getting at is that this is a fact, live with it.

 

Also why single out women with this. There r many men that r cr*p at being a ref/lino - u all moan about them week in week out - but because there men is that ok?!

 

U r just being sexist. There r some women out there that r better than men, but we don't see them cos of pig ignorant and arrogant idiots like yourselfs that slate women for getting involved in a 'mans' game.

 

i gave an example yesterday - if u were in a & E and needed attention would u say to the male nurse, no thanks i'll wait for a woman because it's her place to be a nurse? I think not, u would just want to be patched up.

 

Same thing, there r not enough refs and linos as it is, so why not give the women the chance? We r all human, all humans make mistake - men and women. What is the diference?

 

Ok so i agree they shouldn't have to take a reduced fitness test, it should all be the same, but in the same breath why not just have a go at all bad refs/linos not just the women.

 

Do u all feel threatened that we may actually be better at this than u males?

 

Just think about it with an open mind.

 

Unfortunalty football is no longer all male bonding session. It now has women involved at all levels. So the world has evolved, u should go with it, it may just make u a better person for it.

 

Also please can u stop being so sterotypical about what women would and wouldn't say i.e he's cue don't talk to him like that. We r not all the same just as not all men r!

i am only gutted that i won't be in the office this afternoon to see the tinksters response to this thread,i suppose i can wait till later.mind you she was pretty quiet when we was slating the liness at the game last night
