At the Brentwood v Eton Manor Game tonight & the ref gave Brentwood 3 penalties - 2 kicks & 1 retake - this did not influence the outcome of the game BUT after speaking to a few of the lads after the game they all said that even the player who was awarded the kicks got up & said neither were pens.

I'm sure i've seen EMFC moaning about spot kicks against his team - is this just poor refereeing or is there more to it than that??

We have had 13 penalties against us this year I think and while some were justified other have been scandelous!

Dunno about that. They certainly don't get given in the opposite direction as our GBT game against them proved!

I was just making the point that we didn't get an obvious penalty awarded to us when we played them the other week.

A justified claim that was even verified by the official match report in the subsequent Romford Recorder.
