just spoke to the Burnham lads . They won 4-0 at stansted but returned to the changing rooms to find wallets phones keys etc etc STOLEN . One player had his wholebag nicked and his car broken into and things stolen from that . ABSOLUTELY FKING SCANDALOUS

This is about the fifth incident of its kind this season. Absolutely disgraceful. But clubs do have to be aware. Just checked on ebay and you can buy a small alarmed safe for only £33. Big enough to hold valuables etc, so perhaps worth investing in one to prevent such things happening again.

im amazed this sort of thing goes on at football. how does someone walk into a dressing room un-noticed? especially at stansted!

but at stansted the changing rooms are in the middle of the stand, and that is all thats there. plus one door in one door out. would have expected someone to see.

Happened to us at ASDA last year. We played sawbo a few seasons back and they home team got done. The doors were locked and they got through the window.

We had a valuables bag, but some players didnt turn up until minutes before kick off, so its not always the way...

 

But now this has been made clear that we need to make sure everyone contributes to putting belongings in there...

 

some people, as you well know, dont put their stuff in there...

I know 100% that not everyone puts there stuff in the bag and why the [****!!****] hell should they. You turn up to play and that should be the last thing on your mind. What sort of front do people have to stroll in the dressing room seems very strange. What was stansteads reaction ???

Sometimes, I only take just my car key with me, and luckily I can put that in the inner pocket of my shorts. It is absolutely shocking that someone didnt see something at Stansted. The doors should be locked and there should be a club official standing by the doors, they would still be able to see most of the game, and keep an eye on the stuff at the same time.

 

Bboy with the APSA game, didnt they guy holding the keys get tricked into opening the doors? I'm pretty sure he was mentally disabled, I felt really sorry for him, he was so upset he was actually crying.
