It's cool, you see the drill bit going though into the knee and everything! Just had my 6 week check up and all it's pretty good so far, overdid it a bit at the weekend so a bit swollen but no problems a bit of ice and rest can't cure.

Oi.. I only had one burger on Sat! All I could stomach, they really need to sort the burgers out over at St Mags.

 

Must admit after nearly a year out now I could do with a few more salads <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

 

Especially if I'm going to get into my swimmers in the new year, holiday just been booked.. off to Kenya!
