tubbs the last 2 times i have played there it has been in very good condition, maybe i played there at the right time of year...is it normally that bad

It has a valley going from corner to corner. One of our short [****!!****] players needed a leg up! Plenty of mossy grass though.

When I've played at Tring the actual surface has been good but it has a horrendous slope!

arseley is a very nice pitch saf, they ground share with the arseley in ryman 1 north!! id imagine it is the best in ur division..
