to have a guess i would say tubbsy was in banking or insurance - i didnt think it was fair rhodes had all the fun guessing job titles!

You're an estate agent perhaps, they are into judging people to see whether they are good for the rent. That may explain why you're good friends with 'Sugar' as he was your client and you got him a good deal on his pile which is a stone's throw from Station Road and must be worth a cool million plus.

No where near! Keep trying. To recap I am not in insurance, although have them as clients. Not in banking and not and Estate agent.
