come on lads, lets not argue with ourselves,i thought we should of been 3 up at half time, but i also thought second half we was missing something,it really did seem as if we just couldn't click into gear.

one sided, yeah at times it was,and i have my own views, views that will not be put on here.look,we are a top club, top fans, top players etc etc and it is dissapointing to lose but we have games in hand and they will not fancy coming down to the bridge

i firmly believe the title is still in our hands but it will be a nice battle till the end!!!!!

I think our strikers do a good job and i admire the work effort of Kris Lee.The only thing is that they are very similar at the moment in style of play.

I am sure that David Sadler was signed to be the goalmouth poacher which is needed, but has struggled with injuries.

We have the players to do the job,but somedays it just does not happen and on another day you could rattle up 3 or 4 and not play particularly well.

The squad as i see it is a good squad but i think we need Sadler fit and playing regularly,if not then maybe we need to look for a good old fashioned goal hanging striker to do the job needed.

well tink if many are thinking what 'craig david' is thinking then we are in trouble are we not...

dear god how fickle are we....I am just pleased we are not bottom of the league...

here's a few facts....

we have dropped less points than anyone else in our league...

we have beaten higher opposition 3 times in the cups..(and frightened a conf sth team to death and taken them to a cup replay)..we have only lost in cup games to higher opposition...

I will not have our players slagged off on our official fans forum...opnions are fine but slating of the team and the players whilst we are in the excellent position we are in is not going to happen....trust me...if 'craig david' has views let him go and tell the players and colin...not slink about on here doing it under an assumed name...

'craig david' has no experience of football at any level and nor do you and nor do most of our fans...so lets get on with supporting our team (which we do better than anyone else) and leave colin and his team to win us a championship....cos from where I am standing he will do just that....and he'll do it better if everyone is behind him and not making snide comments on forums....

as it happens you did.....loads of cameos and a full on 'biased bob starring performance' over the missing telly....the banter 'tween the fans was superb...best for 2 years and what I want to know is this....

who threw the coin that knocked out the swansea/nooport lino.....fck me that was some throw....

westy - you also missed my 3rd worst hangover at a football game ever...

a football club bar without a telly (or even a radio) is just as absurd as one that doesn't serve alcohol.

have i ever mentioned that apsa don't serve beer?

as for the on-pitch perfomance. it just was going to be one of those days. if crossy's shot that hit the post had gone in, there would be no way harlow would have hit back i reckon. 2nd half was going to be frustrating especially after the goal as we were chasing the game and liable to get caught on the break.

parker's one on one, he had too much time and probably changed his mind about 4 times.

disappointed to lose that game. would have been happy with a draw before the match and after the 1st half thought we could have been 2 or 3 up.

if we don't take our chances, we won't win football matches. as the noisy 20 or so harlow fans next to us gleefully chanted. "2 shots 2 goals"

need to put arlesey to the sword and get back up that table. train is half hour out from kings x. anyone know if there is a taxi rank at arlesey station?

up the urchins.

To explain one or two matters

The new Harlow ground was built with the basics and they so dearly had to leave the Sports Centre so they had to move in before things like Snagging, that means that picis etc... are not supposed to be on walls until cracks etc... have settled down. It happens with every new building, I have relocated afew times.

The clubhouse altho a tad smallish is geared for money making do's etc... and coming up to Xmas that matters a lot.

Their TVs are to be delivered this week which includes Plasmas the whole works.

A nice compact ground with a covered terrace with a rake value where both sets can stand, excellent.

Things will improve as we will see next time.

Their PR was excellent and yes they are still learning but so did we.

Nice people and look forward to the next time.

There is Arlesey Taxis only but ring up in advance cos he works for the club as well, a nice fella.

C U all there

Isn't this a fans forum, can we not put our views on here without being critised? Isn't different opinions all that football is about?

of course you can...who said you couldn't...?

and what posts have been deleted/edited of yours or any other of our fans...??

as for being 'critisised'...who has critisised who....?

I put the first post up and got challenged/critisised for it....are you therefore sticking up for me.....

why thank you kind sir....

but to the crux of the matter...I will not allow our players to be critisised on this forum by anonymous people who hide behind celebrity names and nor shall our team be called into question for not having enough 'fight' in them.....I shall see to that....especially by someone who has never played a competitive game of football in their life or taken the kind of knocks and injuries that our players take every week.......

should anyone wish to discuss tactics or ability with our players and our team managers then they are free to do it to their faces after the next match on saturday...we shall have an open forum for such debate in the restaurant on that day and all are welcome to air their views...

but they will NOT be doing it on here hiding behind MM names.......

From someone who sits on the outside now, reading the above really doesn't look good. No taking sides here, but i can't see any slagging off from anyone, just a view off the game....

Its all been said before, me included!!!!

Hard hat on and dives for cover...

I would say that is criticism of views.

All I'm saying is what is wrong with discussion of tactics or players form on this forum without being called up on it and asked to talk about it personally. Isn't this the place foe fans to discuss things between themselves?

Nobody could EVER accuse our team of not having "fight". I remember those crunching tackles and 100% commitment at Welling and the sterling performance at Boreham Wood. Our lads really do play for the shirt and IMO it is ridiculous to say otherwise.

If we win our next three matches all will be sweetness and light.

no need to dive anywhere bridgey...but if you recall the first post was made by me and my view was challenged....it was a view that most people agreed with including the manager of harlow but hey...'craig david' had to spit his dummy out and accuse our players of having 'no fight' in them....

well accusing players of cowardice on the pitch is a serious matter and I think that he should stand up and be counted and tell them to their faces...
