"Players supposedly strike before the game over postings on here regarding players not getting paid, and once again, its all the forums fault. Lots of talking before the game and players late out, but came out eventually."

As usaual then the club points the finger at the forum what a bunch of retards its a public forum and if stuff is leaked it will be talked about the problem comes from the club not the supporters. The players finding out through the forum which i doubt very much is not our fault, who put the word out there about the money trouble cause it would have come from within the club.

Anyway todays game was ruined by what can only be desribed as sh#te officials they were just not consistent and how did their keeper not get booked for shoving miller as he walked away.

Heybridge's first goal was a right [****!!****] up by Drake how did he manage to let the ball go over him.

Right, well done to the player's who are not getting paid and still turned up and played 90 mins because they dont have to play for nothing. Let's just forget abouttoday and hope we can start picking up the results we need in the coming weeks.

have to agree, the officiating was, not for the first time, terrible, and once again highlights the problem with referees at this level.

reflecting on the rest of the game i could not find many players who have bad games. but it has to be said, and will be by many, that drake was taking too many chances in coming out for the ball, and, also not for the first time, his mistake lead to a goal. the second goal he could do little with, it was poor defending.

thought alexis (despite being injured), miller, telemaque, mason and dell had good games, but the overall performance wasnt great, but they did try hard and had a few chances.

how their keeper didnt get booked for shoving miller i have no idea, miller got booked for going for the ball!

Didn't the players realise they weren't paid then?

Surely the club cannot blame a public, yes public Chris S, forum for this.

you cant deny the ref was [****!!****] though

i admit drake makes a lot of mistakes but the defence have to take some blame. time and time again heybridge got in behind the defence yesterday. that is not drakes fault. it is mostly dare i say it Steve Daly's fault. he lets the ball drop over his head far too much. all the defenders are not alert to the movement of opponents strikers. yet when we are attacking their is no movement to cause trouble to the opponents defences. how many times did we get in behind their defence yesterday?? 2 or 3 if that

I would not blame the defence yesterday. I thought they handled Jolly, who is one of the best strikers in the league pretty well.

I was personally a bit disappointed with the midfield. The supply to the strikers from midfield was not there yesterday. Alexis did well considering it was his first game back, but I thought Mason (and i'm usually a Mason fan) had a stinker yesterday. Why does he keep on cutting inside trying to cross the ball with his left foot when he is right footed?

Thought Mills did well yesterday, looks solid if unspectacular. However when Woody, Jarvis and Duncan are fit were going to be too well covered in defence and still short in midfield in my opinion - that's where we need strengthening.

One of the main reasons we couldn't do much up front, apart from when we played the ball through them on the ground, was that they always had all four defenders back and in shape.

They made it extremely difficult for us to break them up and get through them.

I also agree that the officials had a bad game. Miller had all rights to go for the ball when he got carded, and he "went in" on the goalkeeper much worse later on, and the ref waved play on. Also the ref missed, or decided not to act when the goalkeeper got his own back on Mat.

Also, the linesmen weren't all that good. One said that Drake took it out for a corner, when he was at least 10 yards behind the play. Throw ins given to the wrong side when it was easy to see who kicked the ball out.

Anyway, I must congratulate the players who came on and played the match. After the trouble before the game, and the short warm up, they all had their minds fully on the game, and a 2-0 defeat does not show the true value of the game.

COME ON REBELS

Well we are at the cross roads...still a lot on here thinking they have all the answers and the gaul to pass comment...and think they have a magic solution, but the trust and its board were the ones there trying to help to resolve the problem ..we can only do so much ! and need you to help us...

Shall we disolve and re form ? should we help the club to maintain a ryman place and sort it out for next season (with or without Marytn Deaner) move from Windsor ? move in with Beconsfield - amalgermate....

resign from the ryman league ...now...

real answers ...please....

and the most important one , would you stay with us if we did any of the above ??

I doubt it ......well maybe a few would...the trust would be left to pick up the peices...I guess....

chris s

personally

Chris, surely those are questions the club has to answer on its own with minimal input from the Trust?

This isn't the right thread to be asking those sorts of questions. BUT, what would the Trust do if the club did fold?

Surely if Deaner is going to leave depending on election results, the club would have to take voluntary relegation from the Ryman league as there is NO WAY it can fund itself. If you are perfectly honest its struggling to that as it is.

As a result, the only real decision is to reform the club completely from the top down in a league such as the Combined Counties where the right people can be placed and gathered to help run the club giving it a chance to build itself properly away from its current shambles.

Chris if you want peoples opinions and support the facts about the current situation needs to be made open to all the fans so that the speculation about rumours stops.

When people have the facts, real sensible options can be surgested and then decisions can be made.

However that information needs to come from the club and needs to be truthful!

If the fans are feed only part of the story and mistruths then there will be a reluctance to make commitments and support the cause.

I await the facts and only then will I make comment.
