We have really under performed. A catalogue of missed chances will cost us any points from this game.

We have so many games in hand that today's result will not do any serious damage (IMO) but Bridie needs to shake up the forwards. I am sure they know they under achieved and hopefully we shall see a backlash on Tuesday evening.

It will be interesting to read Unc's report later. We really did dominate this game but didn't take our chances. We had maybe ten chances with half a dozen open goals. Midfield was very solid. They had two shots and two goals. On this performance Harlow will not win the league. Two Harlow fans were heard talking on leaving the game. One said " We had a lucky escape there", and the other replied "Well if you don't take your chances you won't win any games".

 

Attendance was 362.

 

Thanks for joining us this afternoon. Pity we couldn't get the result we all hoped for - but football is such that we must draw a line under today and look forward to Tuesday. Let's hope Mark is fit and that our other strikers have their scoring boots on.
