How come no one ever sees or hears them do it.

 

I reckon we should have groups of vigilanties that lay in wait for them then just as the yobs are in the act, attack them with iron bars!

There's a few violent scrotes and horrible chavs I'd put first in the queue for vigilante attacks ahead of graffiti artists.

We went to view my eldest daughters potential middle schools over the past few weeks and in one school they activly encourage the kids to get their street work down on paper during art lessons and if it is "unique and beautiful" it goes up on the wall and joins a hundered or so that were deemed fit. As a result the Art block is covered in work and the streets surrounding the school are not.

 

Interesting approach I thought.

but this is also where they perfect their art before being old enough to buy spray paint.
