Has gone on short term loan to Gt Wakering.

 

Personally I think this is a smart move for Tom, It will give him the chance to score a few goals and put himself back in contention for a first team start.

I see he scored both goals for GWR in a 2-0 win over Burnham Ramblers last night, in the Essex Senior Cup.

 

What has happened to young Ben Vincent, he seems to have disappeared off the RADAR?

In my opinion Poole is a very talented player.

 

It seems to me it's a just a question of whether he wants to operate in his comfort zone or really push himself to achieve the best he possibly can.

Ben Vincent is in our reserves at the moment. Having watched him on Tuesday, I was a little disappointed with his fitness, a good player, but he may be at his crossroads at the moment.

 

I'm glad for Tom, I agree JL, he has a real talent for scoring goals, let’s hope he continues to apply himself at Wakering. He has been given a great opportunity to show everyone what he can do and force his way back into prime position.

6 goals in 3 games now...terrific stuff from Tom, he's showing great character.

 

and on this kind of form I would expect to see him back in our side in the not to distant future.
