to satisfy Rhode's curiosity?

 

Thought I'd move this to a new thread so it doesn't get lost in Biggleswade Town. Coincidentally, I DIDN'T get lost just now when I visited that wonderful metropolis that is the town of Harlow. Must be a first! All the rounabouts only have signs directing you to another part of the town. I went to order some extra tracksuits for the team, and some more poloshirts for the club shop. My keyboard is now dry after the earlier incident with the coffee, and I've removed all the soggy paper from my desk. I'm sure some of it was important, but never mind.

Shortly, I will be walking down to the post office, as I forgot to take the result sheet out with me earlier.

Have they closed Stansted Road yet, ew? Must remember not to go that way for a month or so.

 

I'm halfway through washing the reserve away kit (white, b*st*r*d to get clean!) and of course BBB's brother's kit which got separated form the rest of the first team kit!!!

You must have a good washing machine to cope with all the kits. Do you use just one kit for the whole season or do you have to change them midway through?

Hello HTFCONE, another bad result for you on Sat, how come you keep letting in late goals?

 

We had an awful game on the worst pitch so far I have seen. Still, that point could come in handy later in the season, as Oxhey seems a hard place to go and get a result, though Colney heath beat them last week.

If Horace washed them then anything is possible. He probably washed the nice white shots with his
new blue jeans. Therefore should be a few pair of blue ones <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I had to get a new one recently as the old one got wrecked by washing the kit.

 

Both our home & away kits are currently on their second season. We will probably get a new one for next year, as it is our centenary and I have a plan to use our original colours and have supporters sponsor a kit which they will then get at the end of the season.

Went to Tescos on the way to work and yet again because it was Monday morning they had no milk.

 

Got to work (drank tea), swapped flat buying horror stories with workmate (ate biscuit), went over the snagging list of jobs left over from fridays moving of 9 staff up two floors (ate toffee), helped colleague sort out the law module on their NEBOSH course (ate lunch), read this thread (eating biscuit 2)........ to be continued........

ello gav....after being 2-0 up with 15 mins to go its a bad result !...we have a few missing at the moment and also had a couple struggling through on Sat...It was a big local derby as well with alot of friends ect ect on each side...so form book goes out the window....probably a fair result in the end but I dont think a draw helped either !

 

true mate...who knows how important these draws will turn out to be...i've heard oxheys pitch isnt the best !

Got out of work early hence early posts. Had 102 pallets in today but we were quite quiet really and had despatched all orders by 1 hence early finish. Got some FLT maintenance organised and did my weekly reports for the bosses.

 

Just doing some washing now and then I might just for Rhodes's pleasure have a bowl of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes when I sit and watch Countdown.
