I see that Mr Small can also write letters to the last edition of the NLP as we know it - what a busy man, though I am not going to be the one who answers it let the FA Referees Dept do that !

For folk who missed the announcement today, the NLP will merge with The Football Paper from next Sunday and is to be found as a self contained 64 page effort inside the 56 page Paper - all for £1.50 a time... plus, we hope an answer to Mr Small's letter !
