Sorry to have neglected this afternoon. Bit of a long lunch.. they do two meals for the price of one in Yates so we ordered a couple each saying people were going to join us in a bit! Being a bit of a slow eater it took quite a while to get through and then a few dodgy looks off the staff <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

 

Anyway now I have to do some work while listening to Razorlight. Not sure how but I've got lumbered having to go their gig at Wembley tonight and from what I've heard so far I think I'm going to be making poorly knee excuses to vacate early!!

How was Johnny B last night NF?

He did ok. V&E very good going forward.

 

If you pass any tips on to Greeny I'd say that don't play too high a line as they have a lot of pace going forward. Aiken and Tungett played as the two top men and the wide right is tricky little guy but kind of in the show him the line and open the gate mould to a certain degree.

 

Midfield not too many worries, obviously if you give Blues06 too much time he can pick his passes for the forward runners. Get Killer to smash him early, wind him up and get him sent off.

 

They are well organised on set pieces and you'll need to keep an eye on the centre half, most of the time they get him isolated at the back post.

 

At the back they are a bit suspect, particularly on the flanks. The St Mags goals came from wide position and crosses so get it out to Roberts as much as possible.. his kind of pitch as well (If it's at V&E)

 

They didn't have their normal keeper playing (apparently). Sounded Eastern European or something? Anyway if he's playing then make him dive to his right as much as possible as he has a bad hip or something that he was struggling with. Forcing back passes should help on that front as well!

Razorlight were excellent, the girly support band were pretty good as well - 'The Like'
