BBV&E v St Mags

Just got back from an entertaining (ish) game. Only got there at half time and it was 0-0.

 

I missed the first goal as I was picking up my burger and tea but I think it was Maskell that got it. Anyway about 20 seconds later it was 1-1, a good run and cross from the right led to a St Mags defender unluckily putting it in his own net.

 

St Mags then went 2-1 up, good work down the left by Steve Barker whose cross was met Sherigham'esq by Maskell.

 

V&E's second came from a great cross from Blues06 who feigned shooting and instead clipped it to the back post to Tungett in a position 2 yards offside to finish well with his head.

 

V&E went 3-2 up where some scrappy play found Emile Aiken in space, his very well struck shot was going a few yards wide until smacking the unlucky Ed Taylor square in the chest and then going in! (St Mags 4 - 1 V&E!!!)

 

Well typically on a freezing cold and with 4 minutes of injury time already played St Mags then went and equalised.. b@stards, good move down the right with a good cross for sub (don't know him) to tap into and empty net.

 

Extra time pretty uneventful, scrambled goal from V&E but to be fair they bossed 'most' of extra time.

Really quite rank as was the pathetic cup of tea which was 70p (+£2.00 for the rat burger with single slice of processed chesse)!! I've decided that I'm going to quit IT and set up a burger van.

I'm pretty damn sure it wasn't Melvin! No way the first and third goals for V&E could be anything other than og's either...

It was definately Graeme Dearie who scored the 3rd. He definately couldn't be mistaken for Melvin!

herod scored the first mags goal!!

and tungett did score the third NF as clear as day!

Our first was a clear o.g but emile has somehow been credited with it!!

we played all the football, but v&e are very direct and hard to play against!

2 of the 3 mags goals were from our stupid mistakes that we have got to cut out!!

No chance, I was right behind the goal and I reckon somewhere halfway to the corner flag would be about right. Well struck though.

 

Funny how someone who hadn't moved out of the centre circle got more into the game. Everyone else was so knackered they came down to his energy levels!

Then wen they are all f u c k e d, blues06 is full of energy and starts pulling all the strings!! hehe
