Thought that you'd all like to read the match reports from their website.

There seems to be a massive hole where all the match reports from the other games they have played this season should be.

Reminds me in a way of the home match commentaries that Radio Moscow used to put out in the old iron curtain days when their teams were getting a real tonking.

Beaumont Pick Up Second Point!!!

Beaumont picked up their second point of the season with a 2-2 draw away to Hullbirdge Sports. Kadir Jama Shot from outside the box was too powerful for the goalkeeper and creeped into the bottom corner in the 35th minute Beaumont doubled the lead when Kadir Jama again scored from the outside of the box to find the top corner on the 36th Minute. Beaumont went into the break at 2-0. Hullbirdge came out strong in the second half and had succession of corners from which they pulled one back on the 55th Minute through Tomlinson. Beaumont had defended maginificnetly and hit the cross bar but was unable to seal the three points. Hullbridge pressure finally paid off when deep into injury time the long ball found the head off Peterson to score the equaliser. Beaumont hardly had time to take the kick off.

Manager Mamun Chowdhury said, "At the end we are very disappointed to have not won this match. We conceded in the 5th Minute of injury time and to have the physio on the pitch just once in the second half for less then a minute makes you question why we played over 5 minutes injury time. I felt we had improved in many parts of the pitch and Kadir scored two brilliant goals, however man of the match performance from left back Jamie Myers helped restrict the opposition to limited attempts on goal".

Beaumont Triumph In Style Thumping Basildon United 4-0!!!

Beaumont recorded their win at senior level beating Basildon United 4-0 at home on Monday night. Beaumont got off to a perfect start when Kadir's corner was met by Repon to knock down for Ike to slot home his first of the season. Beaumont should have doubled the lead midway through the half only for the Basildon keeper to pull off some great save to keep his side in this contest. Beaumont came out in the second half knowing the slender lead is not enough to confirm victory. Richard and Kadir linked up well before Kadir crossed for Anton to score Beaumont's second of the game, Basildon hardly had time to regroup when Kadir and Richard linked up well again for Richard to find the top corner for Beaumont's third. Beaumont dominanted play and Basildon had no answer to the quick play of Beaumont. Beaumont secured the points when James played through Anton down the flank and Anton square the ball for Kadir to score Beaumont's 4th for the day. All in all it was a great performance for Beaumont. Manager Mamun Chowdhury said, "This will give us some belive that we can compete at this level. Hopefully now we can go and pick up some league points as the only down side ws this was a cup game and we wouldn't have anything to show for on the league table. I felt our defence played really well only restricting them to one shot on target"

Team: Kunu, James, Jamie, Repon, Junior, Dobir, Luise, Kadir, Anton, Ike, Richard, Abidur, Aminul, Ian.

FROM SOUTHEND TIMES:HULLBRIDGE BATTLE BACK FOR DRAW
HULLBRIDGE SPORTS were forced to battle back from two goals down at home to lowly BEAUMONT ATHLETIC,but should have won the game as they spurned numerous chances.the visitors opened the stronger, but sports still managed to carve out the better openings, neil hughes hitting the crossbar.beaumont were saved by the woodwork shortly after, gary patterson denied by the post on this occasion.hullbridge were still under the cosh however, and the pressure finally told as two quick fire strikes in the 35th and 36th minute gave athletic a cushion.jama grabbed them both from long range, his first effort squirming under goalkeeper jamie ryan and a minute later he gave the custodian no chance as he let fly into the top corner.hullbridge finally got into some rhythm after that, but danny warrilow was left cursing the goal frame again moments before the interval.however, after the restart hullbridge continued to dictate and it was warrilow who laid on the corner for chris tomlinson to firmly head his first of the season and drag sports back into contention.what seemed like the inevitable equaliser had to wait until the 89th minute though, but gary patterson got the all important breakthrough with his headed effort.Hullbridge lie in 11th spot, keeping pace with much of the midtable sides thanks to their hard earned point, and eight points clear of the bottom three.

that's the beauty of football..usa beat england 1-0,north corea-italy 1-0,algeria-germany 2-1,costarica beat scotland and so on.on another day beaumont would have gone home with a 5-0 defeat but against this lot you must take the chances early because they are really weak defensively(we only managed to hit the woodwork 4 times).i doubt they will take points off other teams with a defence like that but you never know.to flanders and the manor boys i will say that football is a funny old game and shouldn't laugh about other teams misfortunes.who knows?one day could happen to you...meditate people,meditate... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/pipe.gif" alt="" />
