i think the draw is fixed!!
WGC get barnet, coincidently barnet reserves play at WGC!
Stevenage will meet the other big side if Watford get thru against cheshunt!
the biggest game i have had in this comp was St Albans away!!
it aint fair on the smaller clubs

When we were in the SSML, we drew Barnet and Watford in successive seasons. We beat Barnet (lost at Cheshunt in next round) but got a good thumping from Watford.

I seem to recall both got knocked out first game last season. It's all about how strong a side they put out on the night.

Bet they're cup tied or something - it's the Reserve Section of the "Southern Floodlight Cup" - bound to be some restriction on 1st team players. and they both played against Arlesey Athletic in the Senior competition. Guess it'll just be trainig for them tonight - new fitness regime starting, I believe!!!!

Fitness very much on the agenda me thinks !

Just had to direct two Royal Marine PT Instructors to the training pitch, arrived early to set up their assault course!

I don't know if he'll be playing or not but I suspect he will as I think one of the other centre halfs is carrying an injury (not telling you which one!).

I don't think they're as bad as you're making out and if they get the players they have organised correctly I think they can cause you a lot of problems.

last time we played them their best centre half was that Cunningham!! good player! so hopefully its him!
they aint that bad nf, but they never look like scoring, Herod is their best player but most of the time he does his best work in areas that cant really harm any1!!
Their wide players (Ryan Brown and whoever else) aint effective either. centre mid they are solid but unspectacular..

According to the Herts FA site we've turned into Hertford Heath!

"Several ties of the First Round of the Herfordshire Senior Challenge Cup took place on Tuesday 31st October. Boreham Wood beat Ware 2-0; Broxbourne Borough beat St Margaretsbury 4 - 3 after extra time; Cheshunt lost to Watford 1-2; Hitchin beat Tring Athletic 5 - 0; London Colney lost 1 -3 to Hemel Hempstead Town and St Albans City beat Royston Town 6 - 0. The match between Berkhamsted Town and Hertford Town had to be postponed due to flodlight failure.

The Second Round draw (matches to be played on the week commencing Monday 4th December) is as follows:-

Berkhamsted Town/Hertford Heath v Potters Bar Town

Hemel Hempstead Town v Colney Heath

Hitchin Town v Bishop's Stortford

Oxhey Jets v St Albans City

Stevenage Borough v Watford

Leverstock Green v Boreham Wood

Barnet v Welwyn Garden City"
