The FA site has Bazz down to miss three First Team games starting from 28/10/06. As he missed about 91 minutes on Saturday does that count as one of them?

Also, the TV games for the next round have also been announced... and Yeading aren't one of them, shame.

Muff v Bury

Macclesfield v Walsall

are the mouth-watering selections on offer. £75K to each club though. I wonder if we'd ... no, better not go there.

Thought they might have chosen Oxford v Wycombe or Newport v Swansea.

I know that you're a season-ticket holder Laz, but I suspect that the visit of Someoneorother's former double European Cup holders and Premiership newcomers Nottingham Forest would be unlikely to 'count' as a Biggie firendly.

Let's move on! Bring on the Crawley.

They were never going to show Forest v Yeading (or even City for that metter), any replay would probably be shown!

Don't they normally show more than 2 games, I thought the BBC also got one (I remember watching Canvey one year)

Why on earth are Muff on there? Hardly the most inspiring game Bury at home????

I agree that Newport v Swansea is the tie of the round!

BBC show one game with Sky showing one as well at the first/second round stage. Sky normally show a replay.

I suspect the Beeb have gone for a game where they think there might be a "shock upset" - They can then patronise NL football with stories about plucky postmen and cab drivers. First rule of TV reporting never let an old cliche go by !

Should be interesting to see if the TV commentators refer to Weymouth as the part-timers trying to overcome the mighty Bury of the football league. I think the tv companies should take a look each year at who they've had in previous years. That's now Weymouth 2 years in a row after last years Notts Forest replay.

Weymouth are hardly a minnow these days. Just take a look at their wage bill!!!

The only noise being the distant rumble of the M25.
