Lucky Edgware got the three points after coming back from behind twice.

Lucky? LOL for someone who would rather be up north then at their clubs biggest game of the season so far, I dont think you are in any position to say whether it was a good or bad game.

LOL, sorry I did not mean that too sound bad, but just that you cant get a real picture of the game from mobile phone updates from Horace.

Horace said at the end of the game that we are a decent side, and was generous in defeat. Maybe a draw would have been a fairer reflection, but Edgware kept going and they have done that several times this season, beating Harefield / Leverstock in the cups late, and today Hertford.

I think we must have the fittest side in the league, as they keep running and dont know when they are beat.

Hertford were a LOT better then the vase game and your first goal was well taken, but you have to keep on till the end and I thought the last 15 minutes we got on top and could have even got a fourth.

Gavin - your assessment is accurate -but Mark Buchanan who scored your second should not have been on thefield as he should have had two yellow cards - he got one for the pen, but none for the callous trip from behind on Ryan Redford shortly after. Also, the corner from which he scored was agoal kick, as you yourself acknowledged to me after the game. Sour grapes out of the way, i must congratulate your side for keepimg going until the end, when we didn't.

Fair enough, from my view behind the goal it did seem that a corner was a bit harsh against Hertford. That said you did say we came back well and are a good side as I said to you, I think we will both be there or thereabouts, and you have to take Leverstock Green serioulsy now as well.

You mean it wasn't one?

We take our medicine, Krooner!

But surely Edgware will see it fit to give you a replay as they are the upholders of fair play to all. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
