OOT, it was and is not my intention to start a public contest of who spends most at Brimmo. For one thing it is relative to your income, for another it is entirely voluntary and a personal matter.

Spending at Brimmo is of course welcome and is to be heartily encouraged - but of course does not represent the net profit to the club. Good debate here people. I for one firstly wish Dave Bryant all the best for the future in whatever role he plays within your club and football. The man conducts himself with total dignity and is a pleasure to meet on any occasion.


Now about that benefactor debate. You could talk about clubs such as Chelsea and Canvey here. My only thought is no matter how you run your club, if someone comes in, I doubt very much if someone would lump up a tidy sum and then only have one vote. Would you? Maybe a new thread would be more appropriate for this debate?

Doesnt sound a bad idea to me.I think if fans knew how the money was going to be spent..Eg a new stand etc..Its a good way of getting fans who dont or cant always get to matches, to contribute.
