Unc, Rhodes is the resident comedian on the SSML thread (see the quote of the month threads for the evidence). He's quite harmless really but gets on everyone's nerves quite a bit. he also led Paula quite a merry dance which she's already touched on earlier in this thread.

PBT - I can honestly say you will all be made very welcome at Hx (not as welcome as you will at Canvey but then that goes without saying). They are a great crowd down there (especially Unc, ESU Diz, Dr Gas, Bionic and of course the lovely Cantos). They have a great set up and decent beer.

Their football welll not all that (joking Unc).

No seriously I hold a soft spot for Hx (don't tell anyone though)

Paula (and Potters Bar Town) (and Horace) Although I was possibly a bit out of order for posting that comment to Uncle Urchin I don't feel it was exactly crime of the century and thought it would be taken as the joke it was meant to be especially by Paula who regularly reminds us of her ladette image and sense of humour. I find Uncle Urchin very strange by way of his posts and strongly disagree with his stuff about the unfortunate robbery at Hertford Town this evening and his rant at Horace, I don't see why I'm public enemy number one yet again when he was just as much to blame in some of the things he said. Fortunatly he appears to have crawled back to the Isthmian League Forum, at least for the time being.

Potters Bar Town - Well perhaps you should enlighten me in a PM or e-mail if necessary as I don't want to end up with a bullet in my head or knife in my back one night behind Seven Sisters tube station. It had been strongly hinted at before and a lot of people had worked it out, but obviously Rhodes pushed Paula just a little too far this time.
