I understand that as rain is forecast for tomorrow Flackwell Heath have decided to take up Super Urchins offer and expect him to be at Hornchurch's ground at 10 am and give them hourly reports of the condition of the pitch so that they dont waste their time travelling.

 

This is the standard of ground keeping that opposition clubs have come to expect from the Urchins following the disgraceful decision of Enfield Town to call a recent game off only 2 hours before it was due to be played. Pitches have to inspected 5 hours before ko and hourly reports made. SU has volunteered to do this for all future games involving the urchins. At least I think that is what he is suggesting.

steph you utter pr1ck,get a life mate,difference is that you lot told us on your forum that your pitch was under water monday and it doesn't take a genius to work out that should you get more rain then the game would be off,its a capital league game and calling it off at 6pm was pathetic really,luckilt i had the foresight to realise at 3pm that with extra rain the game would be off so i went home and had a snooze knowing the game wouldn't go ahead!!

shame some of your lot couldn't realise this before 6pm,rocket science it is not.

Now jog on darling!

capital league games in the scheme of things are unimportant but your manager wanted to play the game as he needed match fitness for his first team players...these games should be used for trialists...getting first team players back to fitness and youth teamers coming thro'....

had it been a league game or a cup game I would have been in full agreement with you...but it wasn't..it was a capital league game with little or no importance attached to it and should have been cancelled on the tuesday...

Yes, but we have only been doing this for a short time and mistakes will arise. I also understand that the game could not be called off the day before coz it is against the rules. Anyway, I'm not going to comment on this any more coz its boring. Let's move on.

I bet they all got utterly mashed on Cypriot beer and sung anti english songs, so they still had a good time.
