Hi All & a Happy New Year!

 

Apologies for the lack of games over the Xmas and New Year period but I haven't had access to a PC over the Net properly till today.

 

The predictions will hopefully be updated tonight and new games posted. I propose to restart the fixtures for the games on Sat 18th Jan to give everybody a chance to enter the predictions, I think this weekend is too short notice.

Well I've finally got round to it and updated the Prediction League results and entered some new fixtures! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

 

Hoarse Whisperer enters the New Year on top with half a century of points but the lead is now only 4 points.

 

Games for 18th Jan that's next Saturday - feature matches from the Rymans & Dr Martins Premier Divisions and the Conference.

Well, after last weeks complete fixture wash out, the table remains unchanged.

 

I've entered the fixtures for this Saturday now, and I've picked the more southerly ties. Two from the Conference and one from the Ryman Premier. Hopefully these will be more likely to be played with the weather still looking dodgy at most grounds.

Fixtures up to date. Second leg of two close semi finals and the Unibond Alphabetically first game of Accrington S v Altricham.

 

Looks very much like Hoarse Whisperer is going to be our champion this year as he responds to the 9 pointer last week by extending his points to 75 for the season. Can he be stopped by a last ditch multiple point gathering challenge ???

It certainly looks unlikely that the Hoarse Whisperer will be caught, as the leaders points now reach 77.

 

Fixtures and results are up to date, this week with games from the conference and two of the lower pyramid divisions.

 

I'll sort out the avatar later, but I think the conference boasting can wait till after Tuesdays game, it's not all over till the fat lady sings...
