"Season ticket holders in for free"?

Season ticket holders don't get anything 'for free' Rob. They have paid for their season tickets.

Perhaps those who paid extra for a season ticket to enable them to sit in the main stand should be allowed in to the Royston game without charge as, no one else in the ground appears to have to pay extra on the day. [i didn't phrase that very well but I am busy today and don't have time to re-draft it. You know what I mean anyway.]

{Sigh]. Webbo. Season ticket holders do not "stroll into the ground free of charge". They purchased season tickets at the start of the season to enable them to gain entry to the ground without paying at the turnstile on the day. There were two prices for season tickets, a "Ground" season ticket at around £225 and a "Main Stand season ticket at around £250 or so. The higher price reflected that there was to be an adsmission price to the main stand of £2 on the day or something along those lines.

Don't tell anyone else Webbo - or everyone may try it - but there were no operatives collecting the £2 last Saturday.

Ah, but surely the ST only covers League games plus a 'biggie' friendly of your own choice?

Also, I fully intend to ask for a refund at the end of the season for those games where I feel we have underperformed and not given full entertainment value for money. Only fair etc...

Hi Rob.

My "biggie" friendly was going to be North Greenford United but then I realised that we were playing away at their place.

I opted for the visit of "Neil Warnock's Premiership Newcomers, Sheffield United". Now that was a BIGGIE. Especially Neil Shipperly. He is a real biggie.

On the subject of refunds, Rob, did you go to the boardroom after the York City game and offer Gibbo a couple of quid extra as the second half was a cracker?
