Sorry to hear that Spidermanor - soundslike you got your defence sorted though (presumably the Great TL played throughout?)

Thanks Horace, its frustrating when it happens like that, the large contingent of ground hoppers were livid with the ref.

Lambourne played as did Barker and Kalou all played reasonably well, though Lambourne left his shooting boots at home as his free kicks were woeful. We rested a few and played a fairly young side as did the Smugs, but it was a much better all round performance tonight.

Still think on your second half performance on Sat you looked an o.k. side

Okay it's only the PDC but that has to be the most outrageous case of the referee just wanting to get home on time ever. Even the St. Margaretsbury players couldn't believe their luck!

Having said that, Saints created the best chances and our 'keeper made a number of excellent saves, so to be honest they deserved the win. But the ending was totally farcical.

Mr Crawford the referee had a blinder..loved being the centre of attention. Having said that neither side despite numerous chances could break the deadlock and he didn't fancy the drive home too late hence the mystery penalty.

Smugs probably had more clear cut chances as our keeper made two saves that would have left Rhodes comparing him to every great goalkeeperever. We had more possessio nthough but just lacked composure in front of goal. Still it was only the PDC

No that's the CHallenge Trophy where we ended Hillingdon Borough's 28 game unbeaten run and it was the first of three cup finals they lost in ten days (sorry had to get that in again as it looks so good in print).

We lost to Oxford City in the Premier Division Cup last year in the semi's. I think they won it
