8 wins on the trot for Edgware as they beat WGC 1-0 away!

Edgware made it 8 straight wins in all comps and 5 in the league (four of which have been away, inc the last three!!) However it was a disappointing game at WGC, with neither side really playing well.

 

Edgware had several players missing again, and found it hard to get into our usual passing game. Whoever said WGC is good, should go and take another look, it was very bobbled, and no where near as good as either our pitch or Broxbourne's

 

Yet again, another game where the ref sent a player off, this time WGC player walked for a second bookable offence.

 

Edgware took advantage of the ten men and Adam Wallace scored with a well taken header, catching the keeper off his line.

 

Not a game to remember, but its 3pts, and our last three games have all been away and we have taken maximum points

Cant belive you lost by such a high score, read the posts, and seems like you had a lot of the second half. Still, we could have scored six against you at the WLG in the recent league match.

 

Good pics? no, I did not think that I got any good pics today, as I stayed on the side, and its a bit far from the touchline.

 

I will try and take a lot next week though.

Paula says they're banned at football grounds- better check that Gavin - you being a club offical and all. Wouldn't want to give us grounds for appeal if we don't win, would you?

LOL Horace, I think you well know its allowed. Methinks you and Manic are a little scared, of my super duper MARINE airhorns. I should have kept quiet and supprised you on the day, but you know me, can never keep quiet.

 

I think they are banned at pro clubs grounds though, then again pretty much everything is banned in the pro game. You cant even swear anymore without being ejected.
