Good result for haringey..well done to them. Rhodes would you care to comment, probably not as you can't be snidy or derogatory even though the team you supposedly support won and won well.

I would make that a nomination for result of the day

Lato thank you for your vote of confidence! I had said a win for Haringay was coming, Colney Heath wasnt a bad side, even scored first but the signings Ged searson has made are different class and have really sured up the team! I do look forward to seeing Haringay results being Results of the day!! i hope Rhodes can drop his High Hat (which he still hasnt eaten) and give some praise to the team "he supports"

Fantastic result for The 61FC today, last season Kent done the double over us and stuffed us in the Challenge Trophy, already this season they had won 4-1 at 61 in what was officially an away match so to at last beat them is some result.

Yes a good result for the Fans forums favourite Division 2 side.

Well what about the Fans Forum's favourite Division 1 side then, nobody has as yet acknowledged our excellent result today in beating a very good Harpenden Town side and going back to the top of the table. I go along with Haringey being the result of the day and as for not giving them praise that is a crazy statement, I know Ged Searson well and hold him in very high regard although I would be interestesd to know why he let Lambourne and Uduma Kalu go who both had yellow and green blood running through their veins.

why don't you ask him then!

I have a feeling that one of the mysterious threesome on here, namely Brit06, Doctorwho and 3praise is Ged Searson, there is some cloak and dagger stuff going on with them.

Could the fact that Haringay borough have been relegation battlers for the two seasons that Both Tommy Lambourne and Uduma Kalou where playing first team football that it was a mutual agreement that they moved to pastures anew? Or could it be that 2 successful youth team players stagnated at a club they had been at "for too long". Or just couldnt step up to first team level?

Don't follow your logic there Ged, sorry 3praise. Lambourne and Kalu were established first team players, indeed Lambourne had been in the first team for over two full seasons. There is no excuse for Haringey to be relegation battlers year in year out and something is fundamentally wrong at the Club for that to happen, Haringey should be a Step 2 Club at the very least and should certainly be knocking on the door of the Conference if not the Football League itself.

Not slagging him off, just saying that he is preventing progress at Coles Park for some sinister reason, the Club should be a monster considering the catchment area it's in and the potential for young quality players on their doorstep, I'm sure even the likes of 3praise, Brit06 and Doctorwho will agree with that unless they have been brainwashed too.

Why its got one of the biggest London professional sides on its doorstep, another even bigger one within five miles. Another professional side not too far away plus countless bigger and more well established non league sides all within a half hour drive. Haringey have potential yes but realistically I could not ever see them getting beyond the level a club like say Hendon are at now..and even that could be beyond them.

AWK - Yes what a nice man he is as Horace endorsed following their meeting at the Hertford v Ruislip game yesterday. I do agree though that you're the Fans Forum's favourite Division 2 side and your results have been very positive of late.
