The bar on that side and changing rooms are theirs, But the Stand is joint. They never paid more than Welling for it, And Welling had to pay their share or it wouldnt have become an erection. And Welling needed another stand to have the THEN minimum of 1000 seats for Conference entry.

 

If they sort behind the goals out and move the terracing back where it used to be the capacity will be decent again.
