what a night what a cup tie what an atmosphere and what a performance from the team..every one of them....

 

in my opinion we were the better team on the night and laid seige to their goal for long periods...truth is tho' we never looked like scoring from open play....8 welling chances...3 goals (the last well into injury time)...10/12 chances for the urchins..no goals...

 

no shooting boots tonight sadly but I am proud of our team and I am proud of our supporters (who outsang the welling contingent easily) and I am proud of our club...

 

two magnificent cup ties played in good spirit by two good teams....

 

mystery over the attendence which was not announced at all and still hasn't appeared on the forums/websites....my guess 7/800 with 300 of them urchins...

We tried to will the Urchins through from home - mind over matter and all that and were cheering them on every second of the game. Just go for it all.......

 

I've heard from my friend's at the match that the HOrnchurch should win their league as they are the best Ryman team seen apart from the top of the Prem and can give the ConS lot a run for their money........

 

I know i am wrong, i should not big up other teams - sacrilege! But, the CLUB, not just the team but the whole set up and the Supporters deserve the respect. It all comes from within. Whatever you are doing, just keep doing it! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bisou.gif" alt="" />

we came, we took, but got robbed

 

even in the pub next door could hear us sing,

 

all credit 2 lad's & management done urself proud in both game's
