Prediction League 24th Oct games

Lato - Well this was a genuine observation and I wasn't having a dig at all as you suggest which goes to show that you try to pick me up at every opportunity. I merely suggested that following Haringey's excellent (note excellent) 4-1 win over Colney Heath last Saturday to suddenly lose 5-0 at Harefield three days later seemed a bit inconsistent that's all, perhaps there was a particular reason for it which 3praise, Doctorwho or Brit06 could enlighten us on.

Horace - Well you said it but be careful as you might get someone accusing you of having a dig at Haringey Borough, besides I thought you were 'like that' with the Chairman at Coles Park and he won't be very impressed to hear your observation.

I spoke to Aki for all of three minutes I suppose, like I do to most opposing club chairmen. Then I go home and forget about it.

Haringey's results since we beat them so convincingly have been good until they met Harefield, who have inflicted damage on better teams than them. I was therefore not surprised by the result.

I think all of the Haringey committee are fully aware of the difference between somebody voicing their football opinion and someone bearing a grudge, hence the fact that Horace is still very much welcome in their boardroom and you aren't.

Tonight's scores on the doors if anyone is interested, I am not sure why Wednesday games are never included in the prediction league. Apparently Kentish Town now meet Brimsdown in the next round of the Division 1 Cup so, be warned, expect a new thread on the Forum before too long!

Tim O’Mara 33 (78) Peter Chappell 51

Jamie Arthur 60

Wayne Gladdy 65

DIVISION ONE CUP FIRST ROUND
